Introducing my new range of simple, super, satchel bags. These bags are made in the finest soft leather and are available in two sizes - large (approx. 27cm width) or small (approx. 19cm width) - although 'tiny' and 'gigantic' are available on request!. I've worked with the natural markings on the leather hides to incorporate them on to the satchel's flap. Each bag has a dupion silk planet embroidered on to the front panel, and two tiny little 'binary stars' (beads).The planets are either spiral or edge-stitched. The small bags have a single leather strap, and the large bags have a double leather strap with leather shoulder piece. Every one I make is slightly different. A Mary Poppins special! It's made from wonderful soft fennel chenille, with a soft leather base. The ribbon trim is very special, it's vintage 1940's French ribbon.
